Bishop Dwayne L. Bull is the Senior Pastor of Powerhouse Ministries Inc. located in Smyrna Delaware and Dominion Church located in Wilmington Delaware. He is also the Presiding prelate for Dominion Alliance Covenant Ministries Inc. a synergistic fellowship of ministries, businesses and churches that are in covenant that offers accountability, resources and empowerment.

He is the CEO and President of Dwayne L. Bull Ministries Inc. that brings impartation, empowerment and equipping to leaders and the body of Christ. He is also the President of the Smyrna Clayton Learning Center, and the Power City. Bishop is a member of Kingdom Fellowship Covenant Ministries, where the Prelate is Bishop Ralph Dennis and his spiritual father. He is a member of the Joint College of the African American Pentecostal Bishops Congress based in Cleveland Ohio.

Bishop Dwayne L. Bull supplies the body of Christ with teachings that are simple and relevant to every day living. He brings the Truth of Gods word with revelation and understanding to the hearers. Bishop Bull has a passion for equipping and enriching leaders to walk in their God given mandate and produce fruit after the example Christ has set. His fatherly anointing has blessed Bishops, Pastors and ministers.

Bishop Bull graduated from Delaware State University with a degree in marketing and business. He believes in education and being empowered to stay relevant and innovative for the Kingdom of God. He is presently studying for his masters in finance.

Being an entrepreneur for over 24 years, Bishop Bull has mentored many men and women to position themselves in the market place for ownership. God has given us Power to get wealth and Bishop Bull challenges the body of Christ to walk in their place of dominion concerning business.
